Work Surface
Before
we use woodworking tools, we need to set up our work surface.
We put down newspaper to catch the dust, and we put down a board so
that we scratch it instead of the table. This board is about 4
feet by 1 foot long, and most of the bridges were built on it.
Next, I’ll show you some of the
measuring tools.
